Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. If this is the case with the gift you’ve selected, we will ensure that the style, theme and color scheme of your arrangement is preserved and will only substitute items of equal value or higher value.

I loved the reaction it gave—the purpose of the gift was definitely met. The gift and gesture were well received, and the delivery was on time. The arrangement itself was beautiful and truly impressive. The only reason I'm giving this a 4-star review, instead of 5, is that after watching the video of the gift being received, I noticed that some of the flowers didn’t look as fresh as I had hoped. For a price point of nearly $600, I expected better quality on that front. Overall, I’d rate the flowers 4/5. The arrangement was amazing and made a great impact, but the freshness of all the flowers just didn’t quite match the premium price. That said, I’d still order again, hoping for an even better experience next time.

Though I never saw the arrangement personally, I trust the arrangement was just as beautiful as the pictures indicated. I was disappointed in being told I would be notified about the approximate time of delivery by text, but never received a text notification. I don’t know when the flowers were ultimately delivered and had no way of knowing if the recipient actually received them. Their creations are outstanding but the communication needs improvement. I’d definitely use them again but stress notification of approximate delivery time.
