My mother’s favorite florist is La Fleur Eclose (LFE). We ordered a bouquet for her 84th birthday. Then, schedules changed. On the day of delivery, I communicated reduced availability to collect the flowers, and Tracy of LFE made it happen. Challenge met with grace, kindness, and excellent communication.
