The bouquet is stunning and loved by the recipient. The flowers are wonderful. However, it was not delivered until after 5pm, which was very disappointing. I made it clear on the order that this was for a birthday, so to receive it in the evening of the recipient’s birthday is frustrating. I waited all day for the flowers to arrive. At the very least, perhaps you should give people a delivery window so they know when to expect the order to arrive.
