The delivery person, Mher, went above and beyond to make sure our bouquet that we sent to a VIP was delivered. He had to deal with faulty contact information and a tricky front gate situation that unfortunately took a little while to resolve. He was communicative throughout the whole process and willing to help and do everything in his power ensure safe delivery of the bouquet. I am very grateful to him.
