They have great communication making sure you get exactly what you want. Ordered this arrangement for a friend. Diana contacted me letting me know they didn't have this particular box but had another one that she thought actually looks nicer, I told her that was okay with me. My friend was SO in love with her flowers. They are a lot larger than they look in the photos! She had to have help carrying them inside her house. Absolutely beautiful!! They also sent a cute little rose ice cream cone hehe. Thank you guys for brightening up my friend's day!!!
