Although the actual bouquet may not precisely match the photo, its temperament will. Occasionally, substitutions of flowers and/or containers happen due to weather, seasonality and market conditions which may affect availability. The whole process was easy. I placed an order online the day before Valentines Day and thankfully they still had availability and weren't all booked up for deliveries on Valentines Day. The price was fair, especially for the quality. While I was checking out it gave me the option to add Belgian chocolates, which was great because I hadn't thought of that, so I added those as well. The next day on V-Day, around about 2pm, the delivery person arrived to deliver the flowers. The person I was sending them to (girlfriend) was not responding to his phone call so the delivery guy called me and we worked it out and my girlfriend had the flowers 5 minutes later. She said that the roses were absolutely stunning and she loved them! The Belgian chocolates I added were "so delicious" she also said. So all in all, they deserve a 5 star rating for sure! I would definitely come back again. Thank you.
